Job Duties:

Employer is seeking reliable and motivated Assistant Growers to support daily greenhouse and nursery operations. This role involves participating in crop production activities, ensuring optimal plant health, and maintaining facilities and equipment. Mix and apply fertilizers according to established guidelines, Irrigate and spray crops as needed to maintain plant health, Monitor temperatures, plant growth, and overall crop conditions, Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment, Assist with general groundskeeping and building maintenance tasks. Minimum of 4 months of experience in nursery and greenhouse production, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong attention to detail and willingness to follow safety protocol. Drug screens will be performed in the event of an accident, incident, or reasonable suspicion, at the employer’s expense. Failure or refusal to take a drug test will result in immediate termination.
