- Job Duties:
- General agricultural irrigation work, including but not limited to: Install or repair irrigationsystems, irrigation equipment, and other agricultural systems on farms. This could include installing or repairing underground pipe, irrigation pumps, irrigation wells, center pivot systems, loop systems, electric motors, and any other agricultural equipment on farms. Workers will also be required to operate and maintain equipment and vehicles owned or leased by the company such as backhoes, track hoes, bulldozers, forklifts, cranes, pump trucks, drill rigs, trenchers, and tractors. Workers will need to use hand tools, power tools, and other tools

- No minimum education requirement. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Failure to pass drug screen check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Overtime and taking holiday is mandatory. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
