- Job Duties:
- Job requires operating farm equipment, tractors with various implements, combines, and sprayers to till soil, plant, cultivate, irrigate, fertilize, & harvest crops. Job will also require performing mechanical repair and maintenance on tractors and field equipment; operating and maintaining irrigation equipment such as well motors and pivots; using hand tools in fields for repairs and weeding; operating mowers; performing work in and around grain bins such as leveling, shoveling, and sweeping grain; transferring grain between grain bins and in and out of trucks coming from fields during harvest using augers and other automatic grain moving equipment. Non CDL farm trucks will be loaded with agricultural products and driven on the farm and to storage facilities. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.

- Special Requirements:
- Basic English literacy and math skills are required. Applicants must have, or be able to obtain, a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Job duties will require workers to be exposed to outdoor temperatures in CO that could be above 100 degrees Fahrenheit or below freezing. Job duties may require workers to push, pull, sit, or walk for extensive periods.
