Job Duties:

Workers will perform manual agricultural vineyard labor such as planting and harvesting grapes, farm equipment operation (including tractors, sprayers and forklifts), and any other crop related activities, other tasks or duties requested. Duties also include thinning, leafing, weeding and general farm labor. Workers will perform assigned duties as instructed by their supervisor. Duties may vary from time to time. In order to perform this kind of work, the worker must be in possession of the requisite physical strength and endurance to perform duties effectively, working quickly and skillfully with their hands. The activities will be performed under extreme weather conditions such as cold weather, heat, direct sunlight, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis.
