Job Duties:
Crops: Beets, Carrots, Herbs, Root crops, Onions, Radishes This job requires machine harvest of bulk beets, carrots and radish. Hand harvest of herbs, beets, root crops, onions and Radish. Irrigation, planting, packing, washing, tractor/mechanical maintenance, crop preparation, crop protection, crop transport, machinery maintenance and tear down sanitation of packing shed equipment and grounds/facilities by the worker. Workers can also: 1. Drive tractors 2. Spray and mix chemicals and fertilizers 3. Operate truck to carry farm equipment, corps and farmworkers 4. Perform general repair of agricultural equipment 5. Pack crops into containers 6. Washing and packing 7. Sorting product 8. Standing for entire shift 9. Palletizing product
