Job Duties:

Crops: Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Cabbage, kale, collards, Cantaloupes, Cauliflower, Celery, Cilantro, Collards, Corn, Cotton, Cucumber, Eggplant, Field crops, Grains and beans, Grains, Greens, Hard Squash, Hay, straw, alfalfa, Hay, Irrigators, Kale, Leafy arugula, Lettuce, Melons, Onion, Oregano, Parsley, Peas, , Pumpkin/gourds, Romaine lettuce, Sorghum, Spinach, Squash, Sweet corn, Tomato, Vegetables and melons, Zucchini, Watermelon, Cabbage, Deer, General Farm Worker, Oats. Operate large farm equipment and machinery such as tractors. Operate large farm implements such as shredders, grain drills, cultivators, plows and disks. Service all farm equipment and machinery on a regular basis. Preform daily safety inspections on all equipment and machinery before operating. Operate in a safe manner all equipment and machinery. Operate irrigation systems. Must take stewardship of the land, crops and environment by making a commitment to the sustainability and well-being of the project and people involved. Must notify Farm Owner of any issues encountered immediately.
