- Job duties include but are not limited to: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store crops. Operate towed machines such as seed drills or manure spreaders to plant, fertilize, dust and spray crops. Weed trimming General farm labor tasks such as washing equipment, mowing, sweeping, dusting and shop cleaning. Crops: milo, rice, corn, and cotton
