- Job Function: The function of this position will vary depending on the department in which employee works on any given day. Employees perform a wide variety of tasks related to facility upkeeping and maintenance, planting, growing, crop maintenance, delivery of quality flowers, and perform other duties assigned by employer. - Drive a forklift to move plants and materials through different areas in the farm. - Close communication with leads regarding shipping plant location.
