- Job Duties:
- Prepare bees and beekeeping equipment. Monitor beehives. Maintain and increase beehives. Work bees. Make splits. Raise and isolate queens. Prepare bees for pollination. Load and unload beehives. Manage bee colonies for top honey production. Feed, medicate and requeen hives. Build and repair bee boxes and other beekeeping equipment. Harvest, extract and package honey. Sanitize plant. Service equipment. Winterize all beekeeping facilities and equipment at the end of the season.
