- Job Duties:
- 8300 acre Corn, Soybean, Rice and Peanut Operation. Prepare and operate tractors, sprayer, implements, trailers, augers, grain bins, etc. for field preparation, planting, harvest and grain storage. Perform incidental maintenance on equipment. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools or farm workers. Have experience operating some or most of equipment involved, but we can provide training of some equipment to the right person. Most everything is Auto Trac equipped. We also have Laser grading equipment for Precision land leveling, an excavator, a 590N Case backhoe, Case IH 3320 sprayers.Corps: Corn, Peanuts, Rice, Soy Beans, Wheat

- Special Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion. Workers must be responsible, follow instructions, and comply with attendance, punctuality, and work schedules, as repeated absenteeism, failure to meet job expectations
