Job Description

- Job Duties:
- Operates self-propelled custom harvesting machines to harvest a variety of grain and oilseed crops such as wheat, barley, lentils, peas, canola, corn, soybeans, sunflowers, milo; adjusts speed of cutters, blowers and conveyers and height of cutting head using hand tools; changes cutting head as appropriate for crops; drives truck to transport crops to storage area, bin site, or elevator; drives truck to haul harvesting machines between worksites; load and haul oversized equipment; prepares machinery; lifting up to 50 lbs of harvesting tools or equipment; driving farm vehicle; minor daily and incidental upkeep to worksite. Must speak and understand English. Approximate staggered entry; 2 workers to begin Feb 10, 2026; 10 workers to begin April 1, 2026.

- Special Requirements:
- Two (2) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain following hire appropriate CDL and obtain clean driving record to drive trucks. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
