- Job Duties:
- We need seasonal workers to assist with the production of corn, wheat, beans, rye, and soybeans. Employees will perform all duties related to raising these crops, including preparing fields for planting; attaching farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, and harvesters to tractors using bolts and hand tools; and operating tractors, planters, sprayers, seed drills, manure spreaders, combines, irrigation equipment, and other farm machinery. Duties include planting, weeding, spraying, cultivating, and harvesting; fertilizing and applying pesticide solutions using hand sprayers; irrigating fields using portable pipes or ditch systems; and maintaining ditches, pipes, pumps, and pivot irrigation systems. Workers will load and unload crops and materials manually or with conveyors, forklifts, augers, and hand trucks; load hoppers and conveyors with products; guide products on conveyors to regulate flow and remove damaged items; and adjust equipment controls as needed. Additional tasks include monitoring machinery for malfunctions, driving farm semi-trucks to transport crops and supplies, performing routine equipment and irrigation system maintenance and repairs, and recording agricultural data as required.

- Job requires repetitive movements, extensive sitting, pushing, pulling, exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures, and frequent stooping or bending and the ability to lift 100 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
