- Job Duties:
- We need a general farm hand to assist with everyday tasks throughout the operation. Employees will be provided with training to complete all general farm duties. Responsibilities may include basic farm grounds maintenance and upkeep, mowing and trimming, cleaning work areas, assisting with building and equipment upkeep, working scales at farm grain elevators, transporting parts and supplies, fueling and washing equipment, helping with loading and unloading materials, and operating a grain cart and tractor during harvest as trained. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
