- Job Duties:
- Operates self-propelled custom harvesting machines to harvest a variety of grain and oilseed crops. Adjusts speed cutter, blowers and conveyors and height of cutting head, using hand tools. Changes cutting head as appropriate for crop. Drives grain carts to transport produce to elevator or storage area. Services machinery, do shop work and make in field repairs. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer

Refusal to submit to testing or a positive test result will result in termination. Must keep vehicles, living areas and equipment clean at all times. Require a regular driver's license. Must have a CDL or appropriate drivers license or be able to obtain within in 30 days of hire. We require three (3) months experience.
