Job Duties:

Drive a tractor. Maintain fencing. Maintain pastures. Repair and maintain farm structures and greenhouses. Plant and harvest farm crops including but not limited to small fruiting crops, flowers, hydroponic crops, fish, and other crops as needed. Hoe, weed, plant, and plow various crops. Harvest hay. Feed livestock. Deliver finished products to markets within a 100 mile radius of the farm. Mow grass and maintain grounds of farm stay operation. Clean and maintain structures for same. The employer reserves the right to pay additional wages for job performance and length of service. For 2026 the employer will pay an additional $1.50 per hour for 3 plus years of service and an additional $2.00 per hour for 6 plus years of service. The employer will also pay an additional $1.00 per hour for workers who are bilingual in English and Spanish.
