Job Duties:

We farm wheat, corn, milo and soybeans. We have have irrigation and dry land acres, and irrigate with pivots. We harvest our own wheat and soybeans. Employees will assist with irrigation, tractor work, and harvest of the crops. Employees will operate a tractor, combine or other farm equipment to haul the grain to the storage location. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to assist with farm buildings repairs & maintenance, yard maintenance and tree trimming as well as soil sampling needed on individual fields. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Non smoking or vaping employees only. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Returning workers will recieve $2.00/hr more than the AEWR.
