Job Duties:

Clawson Ranch Partnership is a diversified dryland and irrigated farm. Crops grown include corn, soybeans, milo, wheat and hay (sudangrass). Employees will need to plant, spray and harvest crop. Job duties will include all aspects of farming which includes tractor driving, pulling various implements like a fertilizer rig, or a planter, irrigation sprinkler maintenance and repair, maintenance and repair of other equipment. Will need to utilize computer monitors in the farming equipment, transporting diesel, seed and chemicals. Complete other routine farm duties. Must have experience operating and maintaining center pivot irrigation systems. Previous experience operating large tractors and heavy-duty farm equipment. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Employer will pay $30/pay period if employee uses their own phone for work as long as their phone plan has good service in our location. Returning workers for a consecutive season, will receive a $1.00/hr increase over the AEWR.
