Job Duties:

We grow corn, wheat, soybeans, sodgrass, and hay. We need seasonal workers to assist with planting and harvesting. Job duties will include: preparing fields for planting; attaching farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors using bolts and hand tools; operating tractors, planters, sprayers, irrigation equipment, and other farm machinery; installing, maintaining, and repairing pivot irrigation systems; operating equipment to harvest crops; completing maintenance and repairs on irrigation equipment; inspecting, adjusting, and performing routine maintenance and repairs on all equipment. Experience in farm plated trucking driving, and hauling grain from harvest to a local elevator for harvesting. On farm trucking is required. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
