Job Duties:

Employees will operate machinery such as tractors, choppers, farm plated trucks, loaders and combines to plant and harvest alfalfa, soybeans and corn. Employees will also perform maintenance on equipment and do infield repairs. Other duties will include repairing and maintaining farm vehicles, implements and mechanical equipment. No commercial truck driving is required. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.

Special Requirements:

Job requires repetitive movements, extensive pushing, pulling, walking frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks and post-hire and random drug testing at employer's expense. We conduct drug test to enforce a drug free workplace. Failing a drug test will result in termination. No employee will be hired with a violent or theft criminal background history. May deduct for willful destruction of property. Require a regular drivers license and 3 months experience.
