- Job Duties:
- We need seasonal employees to assist with planting, spraying and harvesting our crops. Employees will operate machinery such as tractors, choppers, trucks, forklifts, loaders and combines to assist in planting, spraying, side dressing and harvesting soybeans and corn. Employees will also perform maintenance on equipment and do infield repairs. Other duties will include repairing and maintaining farm vehicles, implements and mechanical equipment. No commercial truck driving is required. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
