- Job Duties:
- We farm hay and feed including wheat, triticale, sorghum and grass. Drive and control farm equipment to till soil and to plant, cultivate, and harvest crops including crop baling and hay baling. Haul bales form fields to storage locations. Complete routine repairs and maintenance on farm equipment ensuring equipment is prepared daily through fueling, lube and basic repairs. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
