Job Duties:

We need seasonal employees to assist with harvesting corn and soybeans in the Spring and Fall. Employees would assist with mowing, maintenance and other odd jobs during the summer months. Job duties will include: preparing fields for planting, operating tractors, manure spreaders, operating other farm equipment, load crops and unload crops, operating equipment to harvest crops, and drive farm trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.

Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have a regular driver's license. Job requires 3 months farm experience.
