Job Duties:
Performs duties like: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Must be able to drive GPS auto steer tractor. Till soil; plant and cultivate crop. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. General lubrication, service (check fluids), and incidental repair to farm machinery.Farming with: Corn, Milo, Rice, Soy Beans

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
