- to operate farm equipment, furrow irrigation, hand hoeing of weeds, minor equipment repair, crop spraying during the maintenance of the fields and crop. Assisting with hand planting of cotton, corn, and soybean crop and assisting with the harvesting of the crop. Once hired, workers may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination.
