Job Duties:
Perform duties on a farm for a farm like: Drive and operate harvesting machines or custom cutting machinery to harvest a variety of grain and oil-seed crops from clients’ farms. Adjust speeds of cutters, blowers and conveyors, and weight of cutting head, using hand tools. Change cutting head as appropriate for crop. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Service machinery and make incidental in-field repairs.

Special Requirements:
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm and expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
