- Job Duties:
- Duties may include: Daily Farm hand / laborer: Assist with daily farm related duties including but not limited to the following: operate various equipment (tractors, Farm trucks, skid-loader, payloader, forklift etc.) Maintain/repair machinery, i.e. change fluids in equipment, rotate tires, clean grain bins, wash vehicles, change brakes, check tire pressure, general maintenance, etc. Cleanup: around the yard(s) and in the shop(s), sweeping, shoveling, garbage pickup, scrap iron, clean up, weed control management - spraying and pulling weeds, moving, etc. The owner/farmer plants and combines all crops. Duties are assisting roles to the farmer. Crops include: soybeans, corn, wheat, and sorghum. Stocking seed, cleaning out machines and greasing machines, transporting machinery to the field(s), and grain-cart operator & other related Farmworker activities as per SOC/OES 45-2092 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work. See addendum C

- Must be 18 years of age.Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 50lbs; may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area. All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified. Variable weather conditions may apply. Worker must be able to obtain a valid US Driver's License within 2 weeks of reporting to work and possess/maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Bonus potential based on work performance at the sole discretion of the employer. Employees are expected to keep employer-provided vehicles clean and free of trash. Workers may not post or remove notices, signs, or other instructions from the employers bulletin boards or the employers... see addendum C
