- Job Duties:
- General farm worker needed for planting of rice, wheat, and rye grass. Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Field prep, water maintenance, planting and harvesting of rice, driving tractor and assist with Mixing and spraying of fertilizer & chemicals for crops. Maintenance, erection and repair of grain storage tanks. Lifting requirement of 60 lbs., repetitive movements and working outside in inclement weather conditions. All tools, equipment & supplies are provided at no cost. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Worker must have drivers license. May be subject to random drug screening paid for by the employer upon hire or if suspicions arise?this is a drug free work zone. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
