Job Duties:

Assist with the foundational upkeep of agricultural operations, focusing primarily on the safe and proper functioning of facilities and equipment throughout the season. Key duties involve performing diverse, multi-trade repairs such as basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work on farmworker housing, production facilities, and outbuildings; additionally, the worker will conduct routine preventive maintenance on farm equipment, tools, and machinery, which includes cleaning, lubricating parts, and assisting in the replacement of components using various hand and power tools, all while adhering strictly to safety protocols and being physically able to lift up to 50 pounds while working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
