Job Duties:

Employees will need to assist with all aspects of our crop production for cotton and wheat cover crop. Perform all phases of farm production and operation, including but not limited to: Ground preparation, planting, fertilizer/chemical application, irrigation, fertilizer application, and pest management while safely using and maintaining all equipment. Employees will need to assist with installing, maintaining, monitoring, and repairing irrigation systems. Employees will operate farm equipment to assist with field prep, planting, spraying, harvesting, and hauling crops. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.

Job requires continuous problem solving on routine matters, frequent attention to detail, and exposure to potentially hazardous conditions, weather, chemical, or slippery conditions of work area. Job requires extensive sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, frequent stooping, repetitive movements, and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license.
