Job Duties:

We are a family owned farming business. We plant and harvest our own corn and soybeans. We haul our own grain with farms-trucks. Employees will need to operate tractors to do field work, load and unload trucks at grain facility, and assist with all crop raising, harvesting, and grain bin cleaning. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. No commercial truck driving is required. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.

Job requires extensive walking. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background. Must be able to lift 100 lbs e.g. moving equipment. Job requires a regular drivers license within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
