- Job Duties:
- We are a family owned farming, trucking and heavy equipment business. We plant and harvest our own corn and soybeans. We haul our own grain with our semi-trucks and use dozers and excavators to do field work. Employees will need to operate tractors to do field work. Load and unload semi-trucks at our grain elevators. Assist with all aspect of crop raising, spraying and harvesting as directed. Clean grain bins, watch the grain dryers during harvest. Run dozers and excavators to do field work. Complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. No commercial truck driving is required. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate. Returning employees will receive $1.00/hr pay increase for each year an employee returns for a consecutive season with a max increase of $3.00/hr.

- Special Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs of equipment. Job requires extensive walking. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background as required by the workplace safety policy and company HR hiring practices as allowed by law. Must have a regular driver's license and 3 months experience.
