- Job Duties:
- Job duties include but are not limited to the following basic farm and ranch activities: Operate, service, wash and maintain equipment - pickups, trucks, trailers, tractors, forklifts, sprayers, dozers, rollers, spray equipment, and other mechanical equipment, etc. Care of cattle - feed, hay, pen, sort, brand, medicate, vaccinate, etc. Crop care - mix and load spray for crops, load fertilizer, harvest. General maintenance - sweep barns, repair buildings, fix fences, mow, shred large areas, weedeat. Duties will be assigned according to skills, knowledge, and training.

- Special Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm and expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
