Job Duties:

On farm, operate agricultural equipment for temporary, seasonal farming activities such as planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops, including corn, cotton, milo, and wheat. Operate tractors with attached implements for planting, tillage, cultivation, and ground preparation. Operate combines, cotton pickers, planters, farm spraying equipment, (including unmanned aerial application systems, as part of crop protection activities exclusively on employer-owned or controlled fields), irrigation pivots, and pumps. Apply fertilizers and herbicides using tractor-mounted and self-propelled sprayers. Assist with irrigation systems, including flood irrigation, pivot operation, and pump maintenance, ensuring compliance with water rights and volume restrictions. Harvest crops (corn, cotton, milo, and wheat and conduct end of season farm maintenance. Assist with transportation of harvested crops using farm trucks and semis to move grain from fields to on-farm storage facilities. No commercial hauling. Provide supplemental assistance with other seasonal farm duties as needed.
