- Job Duties:
- We farm 8,000 acres of growing corn, soybeans, and hay. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops. Employees will be planting, harvesting, hauling grain, and various farm duties relating to crop growing, as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
