Job Duties:

I farm 900 acres of corn, mainly irrigated under pivot with minimal flood; 800 acres of soybeans, both dryland and irrigated; 600 acres of alfalfa, both irrigated and dryland; 300 acres of wheat, all dryland; and 1,450 acres of grass for hay, which is put up once a year. Employee will assist with hauling grain and baling hay and alfalfa. Employee will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employee will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment.

Special Requirements:

Job requires exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Employer will conduct post-hire, random drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
