- Job Duties:
- Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2091 Equipment Operator. Adjust Repair and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions; Irrigate soil, using portable pipes or ditch systems, and maintain ditches or pipes; Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions. Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors, combines, and irrigation equipment and Operate towed machines such as seed drills or manure spreaders to plant, fertilize, dust, and spray crops such as corn, soybeans, and rice; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Trap and destroy pests such as moles, gophers, and mice; Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures which may include the use of hand tools to dig and replace fence posts; Mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery; Attach implements using hand tools; Manual farm labor in extreme temperatures such as moving and fitting irrigation pipe, walking fields pulling weeds, and digging irrigation ditches. Must speak and understand English.

- Special Requirements:
- Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
