Job Duties:

We provide custom harvesting services for dairy and beef operations. We operate 3 forage harvesters 5 semi's and pack tractors to harvest wheat /rye and corn silage. We also offer planting , plowing and hay baling services. We perform most of our own maintenance and repairs to our equipment. The employee must be able to operate class forage harvesters. It is essential to operate these harvesters because it makes up 80% of our business operations. The employee must also be able to operate all tractors and farm implements that we operate. The employee must be able to service and make basic repairs to all the equipment they operate. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
