Job Duties:

We primarily farm 3000 acres of corn and soybeans. We have mostly pivot irrigated acres, as well as some small areas of dryland acres. We need seasonal employees to do the following job duties include but are not limited to. Operating tractors for field operations (dry fertilizer application, planting, grain carts, pivot detracking, drilling cover crops, etc.), pivot maintenance and operation, equipment maintenance, hauling grain by farm truck to storage locations, possibly operating sprayer or spray trailer, vehicle maintenance, mowing, raking, and baling hay, grain bin operations. Fixing and maintaining fences. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.

Job requires extensive sitting, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license and 3 months experience.
