- Job Duties:
- We farm approximately 700 acres over a 3-county area. Crops include cabbage, broccoli and kale. We need seasonal employees to operate equipment to prepare fields, harrow, spray and harvest cabbage, broccoli and kale. Employees will need prior knowledge and experience operating farm equipment such as tractors, sprayers, combines. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Complete routine repairs and maintenance on buildings and shop work. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer’s discretion.
