Job Duties:

We farm 10000 acres of corn, wheat, and soybeans. We need seasonal employees to assist with all aspects of the crop production season. This includes tilling the soil in the spring, planting crops, spraying, and irrigating crops during the summer, harvesting the crops in the fall and hauling it to storage locations. Complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to assist with routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.

Special Requirements:

Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Job requires extensive sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Require a regular driver's license and 3 months experience.
