Job Duties:

We need a seasonal employee to assist with all aspects of our row crop farming operation. Employee will need to work with irrigation pivots including maintenance and repair on the pivots. Employee will be required to operate all farm equipment to plant, spray and harvest crops. Must be able to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.

Special Requirements:

Require a regular driver's license. Must be able to lift 100 lb equipment and parts. Job requires repetitive movements. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests and post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free and safety work policy. Failure to pass a drug test will result in termination. No employee with a violent/theft criminal record will be hired.
