Job Duties:

Job duties include the following but is not limited to: Workers must operate equipment like sprayers, tillers, planters, drillers, mowers, 4-wheelers, cultivators, grain carts, tractors, pickups with and without trailers, payloaders, and skid loaders. Spray chemicals, pesticides and fertilizer on fields. Service and do minimal repairs on irrigation pivots and wells. Assist with servicing and maintenance on vehicles and equipment - duties like oil changes, adding wiper, antifreeze and brake fluids, tire changes, standard vehicle repairs (headlights, brake lights, mirror replacements). Assist with cleaning of farm workshops - duties like cleaning of tools and putting them away, sweeping, putting supplies such as filters, break cleaner on their correct storage places, and remove trash. Cleaning of break room and restroom. Complete general farm duties as assigned. Operate pickups in accordance with State and Federal Law. Crops: corn, soybeans, wheat, cane, milo, alfalfa and peas
