Job Duties:

During the Spring/Summer/Fall season employees will drive heavy duty pick-ups, quad axle, tri-axle trucks, and delivery equipment to apply fertilizer to fields. Assist with mixing and spreading of fertilizer and chemical products including but not limited to Anhydrous Ammonia on farm fields. Conduct and help manage inventory. Assist with the operation of the scale to weigh products and maintain proper conditioning of inventory. Perform routine maintenance and repairs of equipment and vehicles. Employees will be required to operate single or double axel trucks, forklifts, scale operations, augers/legs and front-end loaders and application equipment.

Special Requirements:

Job requires extensive sitting, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Employer will conduct post-hire, random drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular driver's license and employee must be able to obtain a CDL or equivalent within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
