Job Duties:

Workers will engage in planting and harvesting activities within the vineyard, which include pruning, training vines, thinning shoots, and managing the canopy (hedging). They will also tie vines to trellises and handle planting or replanting tasks. Additionally, Workers will be responsible for hand-picking grapes, sorting them, transporting them to the winery, and assisting with operations on the crush pad. They will monitor the health of the vines, apply necessary treatments, and manage moisture levels. Furthermore, workers will spray and clear brush, as well as perform fence repairs, building maintenance, cleaning and mowing.
