- Job Duties:
- Assist with planting, weeding, pruning, trellising, stacking, harvesting, washing, packing. Follow daily watering scheduler. Scout for plant pests and diseases and report to the owner in a timely manner. Keep the packing areas in clean, functional order. May use hand tools, such as but not limited to, shovels, prunes, hoe, ladder and picking buckets, etc. May operate apple cider press. Other duties might include operate tractors, farm equipment and vehicles when permitted. Other maintenance and horticultural tasks as needed, including but not limited to cleanup, brush removal and field prep.
