Job Duties:

Drives/operates tractors, planters, combines, self-propelled sprayers, semi-trucks, trailers, grain carts/conveyors, skid steer loaders, and excavators related to farming and crops of wheat, corn, soybeans, sunflowers. Load/unload crops under various field conditions. Maintain and use tillage equipment. Ability to use and mix chemicals, scout weeds, calculate spray rates, and use air seeder/ planter. Ability to calibrate equipment regarding seed populations, seedbed conditions, seeding depth, and down pressure settings respective to commodities. Must have mechanical aptitude to replace/repair parts on tillage equipment. Maintain clean equipment and enclosed environment using pressure washer and steamer. Wear proper attire, respect others, be a self-starter, organized and neat, and no posting on media apps that would be considered detrimental to farm. Ability to lift 60 pounds,
