- Job Duties:
- Manually plant, spray, weed, fertilize, harvest and prune, shrubs and trees using hand tools and gas powered equipment. Operate tractors and other machinery to fertilize, cultivate, harvest and spray fields and plants. Inspect plants to detect insects or disease and inform employer. Harvesting full grown crops require digging and heavy lifting up to 75 lbs on a consistent basis throughout the day. Will maintain irrigation and fences. Due to health and safety concerns and operation of equipment on our farm, workers are required to have the ability to comprehend simple instructions in English. While working in the field, cell phone usage is limited to emergency use only. Workers referred as a result of this order must have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience in performing the tasks described in his order. Employer expects workers to pick up a minimum of 75 lbs. including tools and plant material.

No one will be rejected for the position that does not possess a class D license. -Employer expects workers to pick up a minimum of 75 lbs. including tools and plant material. The employer will not guarantee to pay the workers a bonus but reserves the right, at the employers sole discretion, to offer a bonus or to pay an hourly wage rate in excess of the highest applicable rate stated above based on longevity of employment or exceptional job performance.
