Job Duties:

The employee for this position is responsible for the complete care of the facility, grounds, and the building exterior. The worker will be driving a mower, small tractor, and small truck and trailer (not a semi-truck) on the farm. The job duties will include: mowing and spraying weeds as needed (20%); pick up trash and debris (5%); blade driveways as needed (5%); maintain good housekeeping and grounds keeping (25%); drive and operate the following equipment: mower, small tractor, and small truck and trailer (not a semi-truck) on the farm (15%); maintain equipment such as mower, skid loaders, and pickups (10%); and perform cattle herdsman duties (20%). Position requires 1 month experience in grounds keeping and experience working around cattle. Mechanically inclined is beneficial. Must be able to lift heavy loads (75 lbs). Have or be able to have driver’s license. Must be able to tolerate extreme heat.
