- Prepare fields for planting; plant, cultivate, fertilize, and spray soybeans and grain; operate and maintain agricultural equipment; monitor crop conditions; harvest crops; load, unload, transport, clean, dry, and store grain; perform routine maintenance and repairs to farm equipment and work areas. Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions. AEWR skill level II US Workers MN: $19.33 ; H2A pay rate for workers skill level II: $17.65
