Job Duties:

Worker will manually plant, cultivate and harvest vegetables and flowers. Use hand tools such as shovels, towers, hoes, tampers, pruning tools, shears and knives. Duties may include tilling soil and applying fertilizers; transplanting, direct seeding, weeding thinning, or pruning crops. Harvesting, cleaning, grading, sorting, packing and loading harvested products from the field. Will also participate in irrigation activities and greenhouse/high tunnel production. Worker should be able to lift 50lbs. unassisted. The employer will furnish without cost all tools, supplies, or equipment required in the performance of work. All terms and conditions included in this job order will apply to all workers, domestic and foreign, employed under this job order. Returning employees will earn a wage of $16.15/hour and all new H2A workers will earn $13.73 based on the 2026 State minimum wage of Michigan.
